History and
Examination
One of our doctors will perform a detailed and
thorough history and examination of your condition.
This will include neurological, orthopedic, range of
motion and muscular tests and will give us
diagnostic information on your condition.

Radiographic Studies
Your condition may require us to take x-rays of your
spine, which we can perform and read onsite. X-rays
will help us rule out a more serious condition
and/or assist us in formulating a more effective
treatment plan for you. |

The Report of
Findings
Once Dr. Finn or Dr. Pasierb has reviewed your case, he will discuss
these findings with you. At this time your doctor
will prescribe an appropriate therapy plan,
explaining the various treatment modalities we will
use to help you achieve your goals. At this time if
the doctor feel that he cannot help you he will make
a referral to a proper specialist.

Treatment
In most cases pain relief treatment will be rendered
at this time. The doctor will also advise you of
home care, such as ice or heat, and activities to
avoid to prevent worsening of your condition.
